    北億纖通10G BIDI XFP光模塊與IEEE803.3ae 10gbase-bx兼容。和傳輸在SMF上的距離可達(dá)80公里。收發(fā)模塊由一個(gè)1270 /1330nm DFB激光發(fā)射器和接收器部分由PIN(或APD）光電二極管與TIA組成。發(fā)射機(jī)和接收機(jī)寬溫度范圍內(nèi)的獨(dú)立0℃到+ 70℃并提供最佳散熱和優(yōu)良的電磁屏蔽，使10個(gè)GbE系統(tǒng)的高端口密度。
