The devices are available in a standard, 14-pin butterfly package at the 1550nm bands. The SOA devices have high optical gain, high saturation output power, low polarization dependent loss, low noise figure and broad wavelength range.

C波段脈沖摻鉺光纖放大器

脈沖摻鉺光纖放大器是一款人眼安全的光纖放大器,針對短脈沖（ns 級）信號放大的特點,對光路進行了優(yōu)化處理。內部采用電信級的單模 980 泵浦激光器,采用專有技術和特殊的器件保證其放大過程中的最大效率的光-光轉換效率以及最小的信號失真。

模塊EDFA

該產品為高穩(wěn)定度輸出 EDFA。核心器件采用高可靠性的 Pump激光器,采用獨特的APC(自動功率控制)和 ATC(自動溫度控制)電路,使得輸出功率穩(wěn)定度高、可靠性好;獨特的光路設計保證優(yōu)秀的光路指標;采用高穩(wěn)定和高精度的 MPU（微處理器）系統(tǒng)使用調節(jié)、顯示方便、可靠、智能。
