光纖干涉儀
光纖干涉儀,光學(xué)現(xiàn)象干涉的儀器。干涉現(xiàn)象是光學(xué)的基本現(xiàn)象,利用光纖實現(xiàn)光的干涉,是光干涉現(xiàn)象的重要應(yīng)用。由于光纖取代透鏡系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成的。光路具有柔軟、形狀可隨意變化、傳輸距離遠(yuǎn)、可適用于各種有強電磁干擾、易燃易爆等惡劣環(huán)境,從而可以構(gòu)造出各種結(jié)構(gòu)的干涉儀和許多功能器件,如光纖陀螺、光開關(guān)、光定位器件等,有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。光纖Mach-Zehnder干涉儀可以用于教學(xué)實驗裝置,學(xué)生利用此裝置進行實驗,不僅可以加深對光干涉現(xiàn)象的理解,明了影響光干涉的因素,而且可以鍛煉動手調(diào)節(jié)光路的能力,啟發(fā)創(chuàng)新意識。
