微型偏振控制器
三環(huán)機械式偏振控制器是一種精度稍低的全光纖結(jié)構(gòu)的偏振控制器。利用應力產(chǎn)生的雙折射效應,從而改變光纖中透射光的偏振方向。通過沿著三個獨立的纏繞盤環(huán)繞光纖,在設計波長下使用該控制器時,它的三個環(huán)分別類似于四分之一波片、半波片和四分之一波片。三環(huán)機械式偏振控制器將這三個分數(shù)波片級聯(lián)起來,進行適當?shù)慕嵌日{(diào)整就可以將任意輸入偏振態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換成任意輸出偏振態(tài)。其中,第一個四分之一波片將輸入偏振態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化為線性偏振態(tài)。半波片旋轉(zhuǎn)線性偏振態(tài),最后四分之一波片將線性偏振態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿我馄駪B(tài)。該產(chǎn)品使用簡單,性能可靠,適用于裸光纖或900um光纖,在保偏器件測試和保偏光學研究領(lǐng)域有非常重要的應用。
