北億纖通研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的CWDM SFP+光模塊是一種小型可插拔模塊，用于雙向串行光數(shù)據(jù)通信，如IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-LR/LW/ER/ZR等。它是與SFP 20針連接器允許熱插拔能力。數(shù)字診斷功能可通過(guò)I2C。該模塊專為單模光纖設(shè)計(jì)，工作在CWDM波長(zhǎng)的標(biāo)稱波長(zhǎng)下。有18個(gè)中心波長(zhǎng)，從1270 nm到1610 nm，每步20 nm。提供了14 dB的保證最小光鏈路預(yù)算。發(fā)射機(jī)部分采用CWDM多量子阱DFB/EML激光器，是符合國(guó)際安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC-60825的一級(jí)激光器。接收部分使用集成的InGaAs探測(cè)器前置放大器(IDP)安裝在一個(gè)光頭和一個(gè)限制后放大集成電路。
